All GFYS skincare is formulated and made in the UK, with carefully selected biotech actives and botanicals for quality, efficacy, and durability.

Yes. We have a clinic in Harrogate and London, and we partner with leading UK skin longevity specialists. You’ll also find us at pop-ups and exclusive events, shared via our website, newsletter, and social media.

Orders + Delivery

How do I place an order?

Simply visit our Shop, choose your products, and checkout.

Can I change or cancel an order?

Email customerservice@gfys.world as quickly as possible. If your order hasn’t shipped, we’ll update it.

Can I change my delivery address?

Yes, if your order hasn’t left the warehouse. Just email us before dispatch.

How quickly do you deliver?

Order before 1pm (Mon–Fri) for next-working day UK delivery with Express 24 or Tracked 48 (delivery aim).

How much is delivery?
  • Free UK 48hr tracked delivery over £50
  • UK under £50: £3.95 (48hr tracked)
  • UK Express: £5.95
  • EU: £20
  • Rest of World: £20–£40
How do I track my order?

You’ll find a tracking link in your dispatch email. If it’s missing, contact us at customerservice@gfys.world.

Do I pay taxes and duties outside the UK?

Yes. All EU and international orders ship DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). Customs will charge taxes and duties directly.

What should I do if my package arrives damaged or an item is missing?

Check your order on arrival. If anything is damaged or missing, email customerservice@gfys.world with your order number and photos of the items.

Returns + Refunds

What is your returns policy?

Items must be unopened, unused, in perfect conditon and in their original packaging.

How do I get a refund?

Send your items back recorded delivery within 14 days. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10–14 days. If the item is faulty, we’ll also refund delivery.

Payment + Security

What payment methods do you accept?

Credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, AmEx), PayPal, Google Pay, Shop Pay. Klarna is available for UK customers 18+, interest-free.
