UK SHIPPING

All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail on their Tracked service. A signature is required.

There’s FREE 48-hour tracked Royal Mail delivery to all UK addresses on orders over £50. Other delivery options include:

UK 48-hour tracked Royal Mail delivery on orders under £50 - £4.95

UK 24-hour tracked Royal Mail delivery  - £6.50

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All international orders are sent via DHL on their express 1-2 day duty prepaid tracked service. A signature is required. 

EU International Express 1-2 with signature on delivery - up to 2kg Zone 1 £29, Zone 2 £36, 2-5kg Zone 1 £38.50, Zone 2 £47

USA International Express with signature on delivery - up to 2kg £33, 2-5kg £54

For orders shipped to the European Union and United States, all applicable VAT, duties, and import taxes are calculated and collected at checkout. You will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery. The total amount shown at checkout is the final amount you will pay including a £5 DDP clearance handling fee- no additional fees are payable on delivery. We pass our costs directly to you.

Place your order before 1pm on Monday to Friday to receive next-day delivery. You must also choose the UK 24-hour express tracked delivery for next day delivery. Please note if you place an order after 1pm it will be delivered in 2 working days.

If you place your order on the weekend or a bank holiday, your order will leave our warehouse on the next UK working day. 

Online track and trace numbers are assigned to packages upon shipping from our distribution centre PAPERWORKS - a charity dedicated to supporting adults with larning disabilities.

 

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select. 

Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance. 

Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don’t want to renew a subscription you can cancel it. 

If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there.
