Why choose HPR over other retinoids?


HPR (hydroxypinacolone retinoate) delivers retinoid results without the usual irritation. It works directly with retinoid receptors in the skin, helping improve texture, clarity and renewal while minimising redness, dryness and downtime.

Is Rest safe for young or sensitive skin, or during pregnancy?

Rest is formulated to renew and rebalance skin while minimising irritation. Younger skin can use retinoids with care to address persistent breakouts, but for most people it is best introduced from the early twenties onwards as collagen production begins to slow.

Do not use during pregnancy or if skin is fragile or reactive. HPR is a gentler form of vitamin A, but as with all retinoids caution is advised.
