HOW TO USE

Evening

Use one to three nights a week, max, after Warm Up, in place of Rest.

Start 1 night per week and gradually increase frequency as skin allows

For shaving: use in the evening to smooth skin and help prevent ingrown hairs. Not on freshly shaved or irritated skin.

Does it weaken the skin barrier?
